Genome structures are shown relative to a porcine circovirus 1 (PCV1) reference genome (accession # NC_001792.2). CVe Rep and Cap coding sequences are represented schematically as green and yellow bars. A thickened grey line between the two ORFs indicates internal non-coding region of the circoviral genome. Dotted lines indicate regions of the viral genome that are not represented in CVe. The ID of the nearest annotated gene, where one could be identified, is shown to the right of each element. The distance in base pairs (bp) and the direction relative to the CVe - i.e. upstream (-), downstream (+) are shown.
