Relationship between applied and perceived grip force during the action observation behavioral task. The plot shows the relationship between grip force (GF) actually applied (aGF, i.e., GF presented on the video) and GF perceived (pGF, i.e., by the subjects watching the video) during the behavioral action observation (AO) task performed before and after fMRI recordings. The circles are individual subject responses and the line represents the group mean performance. A significant positive correlation was found between aGF and pGF (R2 = 0.98, P = 0.005).
