Pregnancy outcome was analyzed at 12.5 dpc, at 15.5 dpc, and at wean ∼4 wk of age. TFPI_K1^δ/δ mice survive embryonic development and are born at near expected frequency. No significant difference was observed from expected proportions at the time of wean, based on χ² GOF test (P = .514). Number aborted could not determined when analysis was done at the time of weaning and is indicated by a dash.

^*TFPI_K1^δ/δ pups were born at 22% frequency (95% CI 16% to 28%).
