Statistical analysis with one-way ANOVA showed 10 metabolites with significant differences (FDR < 0.05) listed here. Multivariate ANOVA showed 3 metabolites significantly altered (highlighted in bold) due to SR in comparison to SHAM-CT and no differences for rotenone lesion.
