Environmental placement algorithm (EPA) phylogeny of 625 gp43 OTUs. A ML tree of full-length gp43 amino-acid sequences from 19 viruses served as a reference tree and 606 OTUs at 97% amino-acid identity from environmental amplicons were mapped onto the reference tree.
