MG132 reversed the high-glucose induced increase of p-Akt(Ser⁴⁷³). (A) p-Akt(Ser⁴⁷³) expression in renal tissue was detected by western blotting: the level of p-Akt(Ser⁴⁷³) in the DN group was significantly higher than in the NC group and was reduced after administration of MG132 and deguelin for the indicted time. NC: normal control group; DN: diabetic nephropathy group; MG132: diabetic nephropathy plus MG132 treatment group; Deguelin: diabetic nephropathy plus deguelin treatment group.
