In vitro anti-tumor activity of NGO-PEG-PEI/Cer. (A) Cells were seeded in 96-well plates and infected with NGO-PEG-PEI/CER or C6-ceramide at a series of concentrations. Cell viability was determined by MTT cell proliferation assays at 48 h post-infection. The results were presented as mean ± SD of three separate experiments.
