HIF targets were increased in hypoxia, VH298 and FG-4592. 0.05% DMSO (vehicle control), 1% O ₂ (hypoxia), 100 µM VH298 and 50 µM FG-4592 were introduced to ( A) HeLa or HFF for 24 hours and ( B) HeLa for indicated time. Protein levels were analysed by immunoblotting using antibodies against indicated proteins, with β-Actin as loading control. The blots shown are representative of three independent experiments. * indicates longer exposure.
