Dynamic imaging of cyclophosphamide treated rats. Signal changes in representative tissues from male rats before and 1, 3, 5 and 7 days after cyclophosphamide treatment (80 mg/kg, single dose). SPECT/CT fusion images demonstrate signal changes in the gut (A), thymus (B), kidneys (C), spleen (D) and femurs/knees (E) over the course of 7 days after treatment. Note that the onset and progression of tissue injury differ in a spatiotemporal fashion.
