Optimization of ITPP treatment schedule. (A) Various doses of ITPP from 0.5 to 2 g/kg were given daily to rats bearing rhabdomyoscoma for 4 consecutive days. (B) The effect of once‐daily and twice‐daily treatment of ITPP on rhadomyosarcoma was compared.
