C‐C chemokine receptor (CCR)6 expression following stimulation in vitro. (a) Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from a healthy control were stimulated using plate‐bound anti‐CD3 (1 μg/ml) and anti‐CD28 (0·5 μg/ml) antibodies. At various times, as shown, the frequency of CCR6 and CD69 or CD25.
