Serum TNFα, RANKL, tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b (Tracp5b), and P1NP levels in control, IBDs, and DHA-treated rats. The serum TNFα, Tracp5b, and RANKL were increased and P1NP was decreased in IBD rats compared with the control. The treatments with DHA obviously abolished the changes of TNFα, Tracp5b, RANKL, and P1NP compared with the rats treated with DSS alone.
