Therapeutic effects of vaccination with gpD::GP2 displaying phage nanoparticles against the BALB/c mice TUBO tumor. Fourteen days after the tumor induction the mice were subcutaneously injected with chimeric phage test and controls for three times at two week interval. The tumor size was calculated based on the measurement of three dimensions. (A) Tumor growth was measured twice per week. (B) Mice survival was followed for 91 days. The data indicate mean ± SEM (n = 7). *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01; denotes significant effects compared to the TN buffer group.
