ALK mutations in neuroblastoma patients. Frequency distribution of mutated ALK allele at the ALK F1245, L1240, F1174 and T1171 hotspots detected in 16 samples. The x-axis represents the genomic coordinates of the targeted region, the y-axis represents the percentage of high-quality reads supporting the mutated base. The base corresponding to the reference genome sequence is reported below the graph, for the forward strand. The mutated base as well as the amino acid change from the reference is indicated above the graph. The circeled-x represent the same tumuor that showed two different mutations in ALK.
