Meat and alternatives (i) Pulses/legumes (except dried beans) and some foods made of them such as hummus and tofu
(ii) Poultry (such as chicken, turkey, and duck) and game birds
(iii) Game meat (such as deer, moose, caribou, and elk)
(iv) Other meats such as deli meat, goat, rabbit, bison/buffalo, and veal.

Milk products (i) Block/processed cheese (such as cheddar, mozzarella, Swiss, and feta)
(ii) Other types of cheese such as cottage, quark, goat cheese, and paneer
(iii) Buttermilk
(iv) Kefir
(v) Pudding/custard
(vi) Yoghurt drink

Grains products (i) Brown pasta and white pasta
(ii) Brown rice and white rice
(iii) Crackers, popcorn, pancakes, pretzels, and waffles
(iv) Oatmeal, quinoa, bulgur, couscous, cornmeal, buckwheat, barley, rye, amaranth, millet, sorghum, triticale, or any other grains
(v) Aggregated foods such as pizza
