iPSC-derived hNPCs retain exogenous α9 integrin expression up to 8 weeks in vivo. Following IHC analysis with an anti-GFP antibody, exogenous α9-eYFP expression was detected from 2 weeks up to 8 weeks. This expression co-localized throughout hNCAM-positive axonal projections (A,C,E). At 2 weeks α9-eYFP expression was observed as punctate dots throughout the axons (A,B).
