Effect of pH (a) and temperature (b) on PLD activity of commercial enzyme. PLD activity was assayed at various pH values using Tris-HCl and citrate-phosphate buffer. PLD activity was assayed after equilibration of assay mixture at a given temperature for 10 minutes. Reaction was started then and allowed for 10 minutes for release of choline.
