A 2-year-old male examined five days after a fall. An MRI scan shows a multilocular cystic expansile osteolytic lesion (dashed ellipse), observed as an incidental finding, in the lateral third of the clavicle, resulting in cortical thinning and narrowing, with a fluidfluid level. The lesion had no softtissue or solid components.
