These measurements were both increased in all treated cohorts. (C) TazKD mice also display a significantly increased heart weight/body weight ratio as compared to WT controls (p ≤ 0.001) that is decreased in all treated cohorts except CMV-TAZ and Taz-TAZ mice treated as neonates.
