Cells were incubated with Andrographolide at the indicated doses and cell viability was determined 24 hours or 48 hours after treatment. (A) Andrographolide inhibited PC3 cell growth after 48 hours; inhibited 22RV1 and LNCaP cell growth after 24 hours, but did not inhibited RWPE1 cell growth after 24 hours. (B) Percentage of cell inhibition was used to determine GI₅₀ value. Experiments were made in triplicate. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA, followed by Dunnett's test. Mean + SEM (^*=P < 0.05 when compared to control). (C) GI₅₀ was determined for each cell line.
