Cells were incubated with Andrographolide at the indicated doses and cell viability was determined 24 hours or 48 hours after treatment. (A) Andrographolide inhibited PC3 cell growth after 48 hours; inhibited 22RV1 and LNCaP cell growth after 24 hours, but did not inhibited RWPE1 cell growth after 24 hours. (B) Percentage of cell inhibition was used to determine GI50 value. Experiments were made in triplicate. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA, followed by Dunnett's test. Mean + SEM (*=P < 0.05 when compared to control). (C) GI50 was determined for each cell line.
