XBP1 exon skipping depends on the rotavirus strain but not on the multiplicity of infection. The amount of XPB1es RNA was quantified by RT-qPCR using primers specific for XBP1es (Table 1) and RNA extracted from mock-infected cells or from cells infected with the rotavirus RF or RRV for the indicated time (in hours postpostinfection) (A) or at the indicated MOI (B).
