Reaction mixtures contained 0.2% (wt/vol) PASC or TXG, 1 μM GtLPMO9B, and 1 mM AscA (solid line) or no AscA (dashed line) and were incubated in 50 mM bis-Tris-HCl buffer (pH 6.5) for 24 h at 45°C.
