(A) Fibrinogen binding, PAC1 binding, and surface exposure of P-selectin for ASCL-PLTs and platelet concentrates in the presence or absence of stimulation (thrombin, 1 U/mL; epinephrine, 1 μg/mL; calcium, 1.5 mM; and magnesium, 2 mM). (B) Agonist-induced aggregation of ASCL-PLTs and platelet concentrates recorded under light transmission aggregometry. ADP (20 μM), collagen (5 μg/mL), ristocetin (1.2 mg/mL), and epinephrine (10 μM) were used as agonists.
