Radiological findings before treatment showed the complete atelectasis of the left lung due to neoplastic obstruction of left main bronchus (A). After treatment (B), it was evident the atelectasis of left upper lung (*) with the attraction of left diaphragm (**) and the re-expansion of the left lower lobe (***).
