In vitro antitumor effect of synthesized thiazolyl pyrazoles (6a–h, 11a–f) against HepG-2. Dox: doxorubicin, the standard drug. The analysis was performed using the MTT assay after 24 h of incubation. Values are shown as mean ± SD of three replicates. All compounds exhibited cytotoxic effects and, 11c and 6g were the most potent. Compound 6a has IC₅₀ > 500 µg/mL.
