NOTE: A total of 2.5 × 105 CT26 colon cancer cells were injected subcutaneously into the right flank of syngeneic mice. Tumor-draining lymph nodes were removed on day 4 and analyzed gene expressions by RT2 Profiler PCR array. Data show the mean fold change + SD from three independent lymph nodes.
