Accumulation of poorly differentiating APs in human Om adipose tissue. A: FACS strategy: freshly isolated stromal vascular cells from Om and Abdsc adipose tissues were first sorted to remove hematopoietic and endothelial cell (Lin⁺, CD45⁺/CD14⁺/CD31⁺, P4) population. Lin⁻/CD29⁺ were then further selected for CD34⁺/CD90⁺ cells (P8).
