Anti-CD24-CAR-NK-92 cells produce high levels of IFNγ upon co-incubation with CD24-expressing cancer cells. IFNγ concentration in cell-free supernatants after co-culture for 24 h with an E/T ratio of 5:1 was measured by ELISA. Values represent the mean from two separate experiments each containing three samples.
