At the end of the experiments, the weight of excised white adipose tissues (D), liver (E), and gastrocnemius (F) was measured. (G) The excised liver and perirenal white adipose tissues were subjected to histological examination. Representative photomicrographs of Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stain are shown. * p < 0.05 vs. control, n = 10. Scale Bar: 0.1 mm. Arrows indicate a deposition of lipid droplets.
