The influence of pure CBD/THC and cannabis extracts on cytokine secretion. Quantification of IL-17a (A), IL-10 (B), TNFα (C), and IL-5 (D) secretion from C57bl/6 splenocytes activated for 4 days which were treated with cannabinoids/cannabis, was performed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay on culture medium of activated cells. Data are summarized for five independent experiments for CBD BDS and six independent experiments for the other treatments.
