The root length of ABA treatment and expression level of ABA-responsive genes in transgenic lines. The six-day-old seedlings of WT and TaCOMT transgenic lines were transferred to ½ MS medium containing 0, 5, 10 and 20 µM ABA. A week later, the phenotype of roots was investigated (bar = 2 cm) (A).
