Cytopathology images of a case of PVRL. (A–C) Vitreous sample smeared and stained with H&E and Giemsa stains showing a moderately cellular lymphoid cell population with abundant atypical lymphoid cells that are large, hyperchromatic prominent nucleoli and scanty cytoplasm (arrow with black outline). Also seen are mature, small, and intermediate size lymphocytes accompanying these atypical lymphoid cells. No granuloma is seen. Immunohistochemistry shows atypical lymphoid cells with CD 20 membrane positivity.
