FGFR3 RNA expression is transiently upregulated in LECs during incubation with 9-cisRA. Human LECs were grown in vitro, incubated with 9-cisRA for 0, 6, 12, and 24 hours, at which point the cells were isolated, RNA was extracted, and quantitative RT-PCR was performed.
