Boxes represent counts of dereplicated protein sequences used in the phylogenetic analysis (Unbinned and Binned Sequences) as well as the number of those sequences that fell into described RuBisCO forms and environments. Fraction of nonredundant genomes (N.R.G.) with RuBisCO describes the proportion of genomes per phylum encoding RuBisCO after dereplication at 99% Average Nucleotide Identity (see Materials and Methods).
