Effects of EPDMNQ and ENDMNQ on the viabilities of liver cancer and normal cells. (A) Hep3B, HepG2 and Huh7 cells were treated with different concentrations (1, 3, 10, 30 or 100 µmol/l) of 5-FU, EPDMNQ or ENDMNQ for 24 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. (B) Normal liver L-02, normal lung IMR-90 and normal stomach GES-1 cell line viabilities. Data are expressed as the percentage of viable cells. ***P<0.001 vs. 5-FU group.
