Expression of miR-495 is downregulated in NSCLC tissues and cells. (A) Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression levels of miR-145 in NSCLC and paracarcinoma tissues. The expression of miR-495 was significantly downregulated in NSCLC tissues compared with matched paracarcinoma tissues. ***P<0.001 vs. paracarcinoma tissues. (B) Expression levels of miR-495 were also reduced in NSCLC cell lines A549, H460, H1650, H520 and SK-MES-1 compared with the normal pulmonary bronchial epithelial cell line 16HBE. ***P<0.001 vs. 16HBE cells.
