The cellular uptake of Dox in H22 cells was measured by flow cytometer after treatment with free Dox, Dox-LPs, Dox-TPGS-LPs, or siBcl-2/Dox-TPGS-LPs at a Dox concentration of 5 µg/mL for 4 hours; untreated cells served as a control.
