Disease index of cucumber Fusarium wilt caused by Foc strains re‐isolated from different cultivars. The seeds of susceptible cultivar ZN6 were inoculated with 105 spores/ml fungal suspension and grown in sterile soil matrix in plastic pots in a greenhouse. Two seeds were planted in each pot, and five pots per replicate. All pots were arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replicates. Disease index was surveyed 14 days after inoculation using a 5‐grade criterion. Ra, Rb, and Sa, Sb represent Foc strains passed through resistant (Ra & Rb) and susceptible cultivars (Sa & Sb), respectively. Generation 0 represents the original strain foc‐3b.
