(A) Lung cells were restimulated in vitro with HDM and IL-5, IL-10, IL-13, and IL-17A production was evaluated by ELISA. (B) Pulmonary expression of IL-13-driven genes (Alox15, Arg1, Tff2) and (C) IL-17A-induced genes (Cebpb, Cebpd, Bd2) was assessed by RT-PCR analysis.
