FOXO1 protein levels were decreased by G9a in colon cancer patients tissue. (A) Formalin-fixed tissue array slides were used in immunohistochemistry experiments. Tissue array slides from colon cancer and normal tissues were used for immuno-histochemical 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB) staining of FOXO1 or G9a. (B–D) Colon cancer patients tissue were lysed and immunoblotted with anti-FOXO1 anti-G9a and anti-β-actin antibodies. (B) TNM grade 1, (C) TNM grade 2 and (D) TNM grade 3. FOXO1 and G9a protein levels were normalized by β-actin. The dotted line indicates the degree of expression of normal tissue.
