FMHM inhibits HCC by suppressing the RPS3/SIRT1 pathway. (A) CHX chase assay was performed in HepG2 cells treated with or without FMHM. Cellular proteins were extracted for Western blotting analysis. (B) Quantitation of CHX chase assay was done by densitometry and expressed as signals of RPS3/GAPDH. (C) FMHM reduces SIRT1 mRNA half-life.
