Cytotoxicity of the supernatants from TPG-1–treated RAW264.7 cells to human hepatoma HepG2 and SK-HEP-1 cells. HepG2 (A) or SK-HEP-1 (B) cells were cultured with the supernatants from RAW264.7 cells treated with or without 100 μg/ml TPG-1 for 24 h or fresh complete medium with or without 100 μg/ml TPG-1 for 24, 48, or 72 h, respectively.
