Rh Bri2 BRICHOS-AU1 is found in the plexus choroideus and cortex after systemic injections of monomers or dimers. A–N, lateral ventricle and surrounding tissue (A–G) and cortical coronal sections (H–N) collected 2 h after injection of 20 mg/kg rh Bri2 BRICHOS-AU1 monomer, dimer, or PBS and stained with mouse anti-AU1 antibody followed by a secondary HRP-conjugated antibody and development with DAB solution. The sections show the results obtained from three mice treated with rh Bri2 BRICHOS-AU1 monomers and two mice treated with rh Bri2 BRICHOS-AU1 dimers. The arrows highlight areas with positive staining in the choroid plexus. All samples were counterstained with hematoxylin. Scale bars = 50 μm.
