The Inhibitory Effects of PPFIA1 siRNA on CML Xenograft Murine Model

(A) NSG nude mice were transplanted with K562-luciferase cells and after 5 days treated with saline control, 10 nmol NC-siRNA, or 10 nmol PPFIA1-siRNA.
