Comparison of increment of body mass index (BMI) with age between −13,910*T carriers in males and females. There is a significant difference in BMI between inferred lactase persistent (LP) (T allele carriers: TT and CT) and inferred non–lactase persistent males (LNP) C allele homozygotes (CC). This trend remains significant adjusting for age, milk consumption, ancestry, wealth, inbreeding, and relatedness.
