Fractionation of the R. idaeus (var Prestige) extract. The chromatogram was obtained by quantification of total phenols (blue line, left y axis) for the fractions of R. idaeus (var Prestige) extracts. In total, 11 fractions were obtained by pooling the fractions comprising peaks of total phenols as indicated by the boxes. The boxes indicated in green correspond to fractions promoting the improvement of cellular growth in the yeast HD model as it was done for the (poly)phenol-enriched extract.
