We have noted correlations above 0.1 (in absolute value), except in cases in Indonesia with high TB, where the threshold we use is 0.01. (This is because in a high TB scenario with a very large population, the spread of TB is almost entirely unrestricted–subject to far less influence of the dynamics of the immunocompromised sub-population, resulting in much smaller correlations and the need for a lesser threshold.)
