NCCIT scramble control and Np9 KD cells were cultured in regular media for 24 h (n = 4 for each cell line). The following day, the media was changed to mock treatment (full media) or media supplemented with (A) bleomycin (30 μg/mL) or (B) cisplatin (1 μg/mL) and cultured for 48 h; at 48 h viability was measured with MTT assay. Reduced expression of Np9 resulted in increased sensitivity to bleomycin or cisplatin treatment with decreased viability of NCCIT cells.
