661 W Cells (1 × 10⁶) were cultured in plates and treated with 5 μM and 25 μM Aβ concentrations and harvested after 6 h and 24 h respectively. Cells were washed with ice cold 1× PBS, homogenized and subjected to (A) western blotting and probed with indicated antibodies- pGSK3β Ser9 (1:1,000), GSK3β (1:1,000), Anti-beta Actin (1:10,000). Blots were subjected to chemiluminescent substrate detection for HRP linked secondary antibody and (B) quantified by densitometric analysis (***p < 0.001, **p < 0.05, *p < 0.01).
