EC₅₀ and CC₅₀ determination of compound 7, compound 135, and compound 201. (A) EC₅₀ determination. CD36⁺ EPCs were infected with B19V. Each compound was added at different concentrations, as shown. At 2 days postinfection, the cells were collected for flow cytometry to detect the capsid-expressing cells. DMSO was used as a vehicle control. The final EC₅₀ was calculated with GraphPad Prism software. (B) CC₅₀ determination. EPCs in 96-well plates were treated with each compound at various concentrations, as shown. At 2 days postinfection, the percentages of viable cells were determined, and the CC₅₀ was calculated using GraphPad Prism software.
